We continue to ensure that our safety and hygiene measures meet the highest standards. Find out about the COVID-19 measures we are taking to protect you every step of your journey on your flight with us.
CHECK-IN at the airport
- We recommend using electronic tickets without printing to avoid unnecessary contact during check-in.
- There may be delays at the airport due to additional check-in procedures. We have therefore changed our check-in times for international flights to 4:30 hours before departure and for domestic flights to 2:30 hours (at Egyptian airports).
- For your own safety, you must always wear your face mask when you enter the airport.
- All of our employees wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and are regularly checked with temperature measurements. Your temperature is also measured to ensure your comfort.
- Our staff at the check-in counters always wear their face shields and are happy to help with any questions or concerns.
We put spacer stickers on the floor so everyone is at a safe distance from each other. - Hand sanitizer dispensers have also been set up and placed throughout the airport for your personal use.
- Make sure you pack everything in your checked baggage. Hand luggage is currently limited to laptops, valuable items and baby items.
