I would like to thank you very much for the wonderful organization of our Egypt trip.

We had a fantastic time and were able to enjoy it to the fullest!

The collaboration with Sylvia Tours went very smoothly, and we felt very well taken care of throughout.

The transfers, in particular, were seamless, and our guide, Fadl (boat trip), always adapted to our needs and guided us wonderfully.

The Sonesta St. George I also exceeded our expectations.

The journey along the Nile was breathtakingly beautiful, and the ship and the crew far surpassed our expectations.

The sightseeing visits have, of course, left a lasting impression on all of us, and we will be talking about them for a long time to come.

Finally, I would like to mention the hotels. We always thoroughly enjoyed the rooms and the service. Our only criticism would perhaps be the evening restaurants in the hotels, which did not always meet the standard we had hoped for.

The Sonesta St. George I was also absolutely delighted. Should any of our acquaintances be planning a trip to Egypt in the near future, we will gladly recommend you to them warmly and with great praise.

Travelogue and Feedback on the Unforgettable Luxury Trip Through Egypt in March 2025

We are still overwhelmed by the magnificent trip to Egypt, so perfectly organized for us by Jeska Inspiration. From the initial contact to our return home, everything was meticulously planned down to the smallest detail.

The surprise birthday trip began in Cairo, where we not only marveled at the impressive Pyramids of Giza, the New Egyptian Museum, and the city’s fascinating and diverse neighborhoods, but also took a day trip to the El Fayoum Oasis and the Valley of the Whales. With our private, German-speaking guide and the clean, air-conditioned minivan, we were able to enjoy all of this at our own pace.

Our travel expert, Karin, proved to be a true master of her craft: following her hotel recommendations for the Sofitel El Gezirah in Cairo and the Sonesta St. George in Luxor, we had beautiful accommodations with breathtaking views and a pleasant atmosphere both times. Her personal service was outstanding – we always felt we were in excellent hands.

One of the many highlights of our trip was undoubtedly the luxurious Nile cruise. On board the exquisite cruise ship M/S Alexander the Great, we enjoyed first-class service, a comfortable atmosphere, and culinary delights while watching the fascinating scenery along the Nile drift by from our private panoramic terrace. The crew couldn’t have been more attentive! On our shore excursions, we were accompanied by “our” private Egyptologist, whose incredible knowledge made every visit informative and engaging.

Back in Luxor, we enjoyed further highlights such as the Light & Sound Show at Karnak Temple, a hot air balloon ride over Thebes West, and visits to the archaeological sites of Abydos and Dendera. Thanks to the excellent organization, we were able to explore the historical sites in peace and quiet – far from the crowds.

A huge thank you to Karin from Jeska Inspiration for her exceptional expertise, meticulous planning, and personal dedication. This trip will always be a cherished memory. Hello Ms. Jestädt,

I would like to thank Jeska Inspiration Reisen. As the name suggests, it was really an absolute inspiration. Thank you for many wonderful travel experiences. I really had a beautiful and unforgettable Nile cruise.

As you know, I started the trip with a bit of trepidation because I was traveling alone as a woman, but this fear was really unfounded. As a woman alone, I took the Nile cruise on the Alexander The Great and can recommend it to any solo traveler without hesitation. I felt well looked after and advised from the very first minute, and every one of my wishes was taken into account on site. The ship and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My Egyptologist Nassar was just great, he explained the history of Egypt to me in a very charming way and really took all my wishes into account.

I can highly recommend your company and of course Nassar. The only cruise that would ever be an option for me is a Nile cruise.

Thank you again for your advice and the unforgettable pictures. I have sent you one as a small thank you.

Hello Karin

Thank you once again for a truly memorable experience on our Dahabeya Cruise.

We could not fault the wonderful staff, who really catered to all our needs and were warm, welcoming and accommodating. The food was excellent, plenty of it and well planned, varied menus. We were especially impressed with the effort they made to accommodate Paul’s intolerances.

The design of the new boat was charming, both the shared spaces and our room. We loved having our own private deck at the back of the boat.

In summary I like to say that Jeska Inspiration arranged a superb 5 night cruise for us from Luxor to Aswan that exceeded all expectations. The Dahabeya was classy and comfortable, the crew treated us like royalty. A much better experience than one of the big boats with too many people
